Like most tincture oil company that are ready to begin transitioning from small business or to big business, the decision to invest in an automated bottling machine was quite a step to take. However daunting, the men agreed that it was the right time to bring the automatic bottling line in-house, and that’s when they approached bottling line for advice.

Most tincture oil producer use 10ml or 30ml boston bottle with pipette cap.but manually filling capping labeling is not enough for growing business .our automatic bottling machine speed can reach 60 bottle per min ,

After initial conversations, it became apparent that one hurdle we needed to face was the requirement to adjust the different filling volume in different size bottle .sometimes they need fill 2 ml in 10 ml bottle . before sealing the bottle .they need to weight scale the liquid in the bottle a job which was currently being done by their workers .This issue was easily overcome with the addition of our servo motor control pistion pump filling which enabled them to adjust the filling volume through the touch screen .

With space at a premium, another major concern was the overall footprint of the machine, of which even with the our bottling line was less than 6 sqm.
