Single Rotary Capping Machine
Designed to unscrew a wide range of caps, this is suitable for diverse industries including food, cosmetics, chemicals and e-liquids. Its notable capability to adjust motor speed, position, torque, acceleration, and deceleration, along with clamp movement, sets it apart. With a production rate of up to 1,500 products per hour, it offers versatility to accommodate different product shapes.
The capping machine can cap different sizes and shapes of lids, the capping height of the machine can be adjusted to fit your machine. The machine is made of stainless steel of 304, meeting with CE standard and GMP standard, can be used in food, medicine. It can be connected with filling machine and labeling machine. The machine adopts PLC control, it’s easy operate.

Capping Station (Screw Caps)
• One (X 1) transfer star wheel for Capping station
• Tube Alignment with ‘’Funnel’’ Device to properly introduce the cap into the bottle
• One (X 1) final independent motor torque control
• Torque accuracy 0.2 Nm (± 2 in.-lb.) across a range of 0.56 to 22.4 Nm (5 – 100 in.-lb.)
• Maganetictorque adjustable tighten the cap to prevent any damage to the caps
• Torque adjustable in percentage directly form the HMI
Safety Feature
• Emergency stop push button switch install directly onto the panel control
• Torque-limiting sensor on all motion system
• Back up sensor at the exit conveyor that stops the machine in case of
accumulation
Euroguard Safety Interlock System
• 6 mm (¼’’) thick tempered glass barrier doors shield the machine perimeter
• Doors are mounted on stainless steel tubing which also enclosed the electrical wirings.

We will send enough perishable spare parts for one year with the machine shipped together. We will offer spare parts within the warranty term.
9.HOW DO I TEST THE MACHINE BEFORE SHIPMENT?
We will run the machine for 48 hours .and send you the test video .we can also have remote FAT
