1. According to the filling principle of filling valve classification

Isobaric filling machine 
Features: Used for packaging of beer, carbonated drinks and other aerated beverages, also can fill non-aerated beverages

Negative pressure filling machine
Features: Used for filling non-aerated beverages and liquor, filling valve rarely has dripping phenomenon

Atmospheric pressure filling machine
Features: Volume quantification, gravity filling. Used for liquor. Filling of dairy products, spices, drugs, health products, and other chemical products

Pressure Filling Machine
Features: for non-gas drinks, faster filling speed, no liquid loss

Volumetric pressure filling machine
Features: plunger filling, accurate and adjustable quantification, used for filling vegetable oil, detergents and other low viscous liquids

Weighing type quantitative filling machine
Features: used for filling of raw beverage syrup, alcohol, pharmaceuticals, and vegetable oil, etc. requiring quantitative and accurate liquids, weighing methods include electronic and mechanical scales

2. According to the filling valve arrangement type classification

Straight-line filling machine

Features: intermittent step conveying, suitable for special-shaped packaging containers, large volume of liquid packaging, low production efficiency

Gyratory filling machine
Features: the universal form developed from linear filling machine, high-speed continuous work, high production efficiency of the equipment

3. According to the classification of packaging containers

Glass bottle filling machine: packaging with gas or non-gas liquids isobaric, negative pressure, atmospheric pressure filling machine

Polyester bottle filling machine: packaging gas or non-gas drinks, dairy products, vegetable oils, spices, detergents, daily chemical products, and other liquid filling

4. According to the packaging container sealing form classification
