Small Rotary Filling Machine 

The automatic unscrambler arranges the empty bottle in the direction, feeds the aliquot through the conveyor belt, and rotates the aliquot to send the bottle to the filling station. The peristaltic pump is completed. The volume setting value is used for metering filling, and the filled product enters the next station plus the outer cover, and then the outer cover is tightened. The product with the lid closed is delivered by the conveyor belt and the working cycle ends.

Linear Type Filling Machine 

The empty bottles go into the filling machine in due order through the conveyor from the feeding table.After the bottles go into the filling machine, they will pass the front baffle and fiber electronic eyes,then the signal can be transferred into the PLC for counting, and block by back baffle and position it under filling machine.

The back baffle would retract firstly, when the finished bottles move some distance on conveyor, the front baffle  would retract and next group of bottles will go into the filling position. When all the finished bottles leave the filling station, the back baffle would stretch and position next group of empty bottles for filling.
