The working principle of eye drops filling machine is.

(1) Transmission principle: The motor transmits the power to the worm wheel shaft of the reducer through the belt pulley, and then the worm wheel shaft transmits the power to the paddle wheel shaft and the filling part and the cap rolling head through each gear. The filling part, capping head and each paddle wheel move synchronously and transmit the power to the bottle feeding paddle wheel device through the bevel gear.

(2) Principle of filling part: The eye drops bottle is sent to the transition paddle wheel by the big bottle inlet paddle wheel, and then sent to the synchronous belt by the transition paddle wheel, and the bottle is dragged forward at a uniform speed by the inlay on the synchronous belt, and the filling needle is inserted into the bottle mouth under the control of the tracking mechanism, and runs forward synchronously with the bottle to realize tracking and filling. The diving needle rises with the liquid level to play the role of defoaming.

(3) Cap supply system: It is composed of cap delivery track, cap management head and cap-wearing mechanism. The lid management head adopts the principle of electromagnetic spiral oscillation to line up the messy lids and enter the lid delivery track through the reversing twist channel, and when passing through the lid-wearing mechanism, the bottle hangs on the lid and passes through the pressing plate to make the lid wear correctly.

(4)Spinning cap head: After the eye drop bottle wears the cap and enters the spinning cap head turntable, the cap is pressed under the control of the cam while the cylinder holds the bottle and the bottle does not move, at which time the spinning cap head tightens the cap and leaves the cap at the same time and returns to the original position.
