Automatic Eyedropper Filling Plugging Screw Capping Machine
This model has the particularity of filling, screwing and labelling vials with a Eyedropper cap (such as Tincture oil, serums in the cosmetic sector…).
This Dropper is equipped with an external vibrating bowl to automatically straighten the caps. A vibrating ramp allows the caps to be conveyed inside the machine. For added safety, a clamp has been added to guide the glass dropper into the container to avoid breaking it.
The output of this machine reaches up to50 products per minute for 10 ml formats (i.e. 3000 bottles per hour).
Its peristaltic pump system allows a liquid change in less than 2 minutes without cleaning the pump. it can also be equipped with a volumetric pump by flow meter or piston depending on the viscosity of the product to be filled.
